1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website and booking our tours, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Tour Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is confirmed only after we have received your deposit and sent a written confirmation. Prices are quoted in USD and include the services listed in each tour description.

3. Payments

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm a booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before the tour departure date. We accept payment via bank transfer and major payment processors.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations 30+ days before departure: full refund of deposit.
• Cancellations 15–29 days before departure: 50% of total tour cost.
• Cancellations less than 15 days before departure: no refund.

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

5. Our Responsibilities

We are responsible for the services explicitly listed in the tour itinerary. We are not responsible for delays or changes caused by weather, political events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring you hold a valid passport and any required visas. You must follow the guidance of your guide at all times for your safety.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the tour booked. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco.
